Personal Development is an important part of who we are as a global community. We do more than just train our community members with technical skill. We strive to provide personal growth by training our community with the JMJ technology we provide to our clients. This type of personal development helps cultivate our employees both personally as well as professionally. We hold annual Development Days every year in which consultants and support staff come together for a week of learning and relationship building.
We promote fun and work/life balance by getting our community members involved in the day to day activities of JMJ. Fun is also a significant part of working at JMJ. We encourage creativity among our employees to incorporate fun in our daily work. As a result, our employees have recommended and helped organizing game days and fun events. Some of the more popular games we frequently play are lunchtime Bingo, Wheel of Fortune, Family Feud (with the buzzer and everything) and the Price is Right. And, yes, the winners do receive prizes! Other fun events include Scavenger Hunts- sometimes within and around the office building and other time throughout the local city. And, if that is not enough fun, occasionally we surprise our community members with a “Joy Run” treat which could be ice cream on a hot, summer afternoon, warm cookies or creating your own cupcake. All in all, our employees have created a fun, exciting environment to work in.
