History

JMJ Associates was founded in San Francisco in 1987 by Jay Greenspan, Mike Goddu and Joseph Friedman. Today, we bring more than two decades of strategic management consulting to our clients.

Our initial service offering focused on assisting project teams to produce breakthroughs in costs, schedules, and performance through powerful alignment around common values and goals. In the early 1990s, JMJ opened a London office to serve our expanding global clients. We continued to broaden our services with the introduction of our Incident and Injury-Free® (IIF®) safety offering, designed to help companies generate exceptional results in workplace safety.

JMJ's Global Locations MapNext, JMJ opened its Australia office to meet our growing demand for project alliances. In 2002, we responded to our clients' requests and created a leadership development service to help people successfully address their toughest challenges.

During the last three years, we've continued to expand our services, have grown to 120 consultants, and now have offices in Austin, Doha, Durban, London, Perth and Singapore.

JMJ's work is about creating sustainable breakthrough performance. Our focus has remained consistent since inception—to help clients align on a meaningful purpose and provide the training and tools necessary to envision and attain far-reaching goals.
