Bob Blue

Director Asia

Bob joined JMJ in 2004 and has 32 years of experience. Based in Singapore, he is responsible for JMJ’s operations in Asia Pacific. With a client base representing diverse languages, cultures and industries in the region, Bob is continually expanding his team’s capability to meet each client’s needs. 

Prior to joining the firm, Bob spent 27 years with ExxonMobil. Most recently, he lived in the Middle East developing and implementing human resources strategies for a number of joint venture start-up companies and coaching their executive leadership. When based in the United States, Bob was human resources manager for Mobil’s Upstream Research Company and foreign compensation manager for Mobil Research and Engineering Company. 

He received a B.S. degree from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
