Carol Rhodes

Global Human Resources Manager

Carol joined the firm in 1996 and has 10 years of industry experience. She is responsible for providing vision, leadership, planning, project coordination and management for the development of a cost-effective department, while concurrently facilitating efficient operation to meet current and future business needs within the human resources function. Carol is also responsible for analyzing and directing all activities related to human resources. Prior to joining the firm, she was vice president of an oil and gas regulatory litigation consultancy.

She earned a B.A degree in business administration from the University of Texas at Austin. Carol is a certified SPHR member of Society for Human Resource Management.
