Gil Judson

Global Account Manager

Gil joined JMJ in 1994 and has 18 years of industry experience. He is responsible for providing consulting to JMJ’s clients. Gil oversees large-scale Incident and Injury-Free® (IIF®) services that are implemented at JMJ’s client’s across the firm. Gil also leads and oversees key large scale Asset Development (or High Performance Project) engagements. Prior to joining JMJ, he was a top executive for one of the world’s largest training and development companies, with offices in over 20 countries worldwide. Gil has led major capital projects engagements in the areas of the petroleum, mining, infrastructure and government sectors around the world including Canada, the United States, South America and the Middle East. He spent several years working on the Alaska Pipeline Project before beginning his career in training and consulting.

Gil earned a B.A. degree in international political-economy from Colorado College.
