Jay Greenspan

Founder & Chairman

Jay GreenspanJay Greenspan founded JMJ Associates in 1987 alongside two associates. Since the firm’s inception, he has delivered JMJ’s consulting services in more than 40 countries and has been instrumental in developing JMJ’s programs and proving them in the workplace at many of the world’s largest companies. Jay has a deep understanding of and appreciation for the challenges faced by these companies and their senior executives. Today, his focus is on leading large global accounts, developing new businesses and service offerings, and maintaining relationships with senior executives at the firm’s principle clients.

Prior to JMJ, Jay was COO at a global non-governmental organization. Following university, he was a principal at a public high school.

Jay received a B.A. degree in history from Antioch College and a non-degreed executive MBA from Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia. He resides in Austin, Texas and Washington, DC with his wife and three children.
