Michael Huvane

Global Account Manager

Michael joined JMJ in 1987 and has more than 30 years of experience in the field of transformation and organizational development. Currently he serves as a global client manager and a senior consultant. Previously he opened the Asia office of JMJ and directed JMJ’s work in China, South Korea, Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia and India. Michael is one of the initiators of JMJ’s Incident and Injury-Free® (IIF®) practice, working in 30 + countries around the world. Prior to joining the firm, he held a variety of jobs including VISTA volunteer, teacher, a jeweler, social worker and a truck driver.

He has earned two Master’s degrees—one in rehabilitation administration from the University of San Francisco and the other in education from the University of New Mexico.
