Rick Bair

Senior Partner

Rick joined JMJ in 1993 and has 40 years of industry experience. His primary responsibility is managing large engagements and ensuring that JMJ’s work exceeds the client’s expectations. He also works with core clients developing tailored consulting solutions to support them in achieving their business objectives. Rick was a member of the team that designed JMJ’s Incident and Injury-Free® (IIF®) service, and he has been instrumental in the further development and delivery of this safety service.

Prior to joining JMJ, Rick worked for Chevron in several operations, engineering and construction management positions. He also served on the Construction Institute Zero Accidents Task Force.

Rick earned a B.S. in civil engineering from Washington State University. He is also a graduate of the Texas A&M Construction Executive Program.
