Rick Strycker

Global Director of Development

Rick joined JMJ in 2000 and has 20 years of industry experience. He is responsible for the development of JMJ’s consulting practice and its people. He is constantly searching for new and innovative ideas to bring to JMJ’s work, setting direction for future services and ensuring current work exceeds client’s expectations. Rick has a passion for applying new ideas in ways that make a difference in people’s everyday lives. Prior to joining the firm, Rick owned a graphics and print production company, held a management role at K/P Graphics and was the sole-proprietor of Rick Strycker Consulting.

He received a B.A. degree in philosophy from Marylhurst University and an M.A. degree in organizational psychology from Claremont Graduate University. Rick is a founding member of Ken Wilber’s Integral Institute, which represents one of the foundational elements of JMJ’s consulting approach.
