Erik joined JMJ as a consultant in December 2022, bringing a decade of experience as an IIF training coordinator in the oil and gas industry working with JGC. During his tenure with JGC,  Erik successfully completed IIF (Incident Injury Free) Orientation, TTT (Train the Trainer), and SSK (Supervisory Skill and Knowledge) programs facilitated by JMJ.  

Erik worked on the civil construction pipeline project in PPGM (Matindok Gas Development Project) and contributed to the DSLNG project for refinery facilities maintenance and construction. His expertise shone through as he conducted hundreds of IIF training sessions, ensuring a commitment to safety across the project. He also supported JEC in the MEDCO project gas processing plant and Banggai ammonia plant, both focusing on refinery facilities maintenance. 

Erik holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering UGM (Universitas Gadjah Mada) and master’s degree civil engineering from the same university. Additionally, he earned the prestigious ASEAN Engineer from AFEO, underscoring the proficiency and capabilities he acquired from ten years in the construction industry.  

Currently, he is consulting on the JO RDMP project in Balikpapan, a  mega project in Indonesia. His extensive background, coupled with a commitment to safety positions him as a trusted professional.
