Currently based in London, Kate Kaarthik is passionate about people. Never one to shy away from a challenge, Kate lights up at the opportunity to enable people to produce results they never thought possible and have fun while doing it.
Kate joined JMJ in 2003, spending two years in London before relocating to Perth for 12 years to support the development of the Australian business unit. Kate returned to London in July 2017 to fulfill her current global role as the Practice, Product and Knowledge Director.
During her time in JMJ, Kate spent over ten years working extensively as a consultant, responsible for managing teams of other consultants and multiple large-scale engagements. Kate has extensive experience across major oil and gas projects from concept to all the way through to commissioning and start-up. In partnership with her client, she enabled major construction, logistics, marine and commissioning contractors to transform their safety culture and produce breakthrough results in their safety performance.
Kate has also led successful engagements with mining and manufacturing clients, helping them to both transform their culture but also embed and sustain the culture change they are committed to.
Following these years of ‘on the court’ consulting Kate developed an extensive knowledge of JMJ’s methodology, engagement design, management, and application. Providing an invaluable foundation for the role she now holds as Practice Product and Knowledge Director.
Kate’s mission today as Practice Product and Knowledge Director is to enable JMJ to bring its collective best to to every consulting engagement and push itself as an organization to levels of performance for its clients that JMJ has never experienced before.
