The JMJ Coach’s Program is a training program designed for senior executives, project leaders and professionals who wish to develop the skills to coach at senior levels within organizations. This is the third accolade received by the Coaching Program, along with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).
The EQA Award is a recognized benchmark quality standard for mentoring/coaching training programs. The award offers an assurance of quality that the content of the Program is of high quality and relevant to professional organizations and individuals.
