JMJ Co-Founder and Managing Director Mike Goddu will deliver a keynote address at the 7th Global Occupational Safety and Health Conference (GOSH7), taking place from May 4–6, 2025, at the Four Seasons Hotel in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Organized by the National Council for Occupational Safety & Health (NCOSH) under the patronage of His Excellency Eng. Ahmad bin Sulaiman Al-Rajhi, Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, GOSH7 brings together global leaders to advance dialogue on occupational safety and health.
Mike’s keynote, titled “The Role of Leadership in Promoting Positive Behaviors Toward Occupational Safety and Health,” will explore how effective leadership can drive safety performance by inspiring positive behaviors and fostering a culture of safety. Drawing on global experience, he will share practical examples of transformational safety leadership and provide actionable insights for improving occupational safety in the workplace.
