This year’s theme, “Simplifying Safety in Times of Complexity,” reflects the realities of today’s offshore and energy sectors, where rapid change, new technologies, and evolving team structures are reshaping how we work together safely.
Andy will guide an exciting program of conversations and reflections designed to help leaders focus on what matters most: keeping people safe while navigating complexity with confidence. He’ll be joined by Executive Director Michael Levin, who will represent JMJ and connect with industry peers throughout the event.
Held in Esbjerg, Denmark, on November 6, the 2025 Safety Conference will explore how the industry can simplify safety leadership and strengthen collaboration across increasingly diverse and fast-changing teams. As new sectors such as carbon capture and storage (CCS) emerge, participants will share insights on building safe, effective teams and creating clarity in complex environments.
