Gill Camps

Gill Camps is a consultant with experience helping leaders strengthen performance by focusing on the intersection of leadership, culture, and frontline execution. 

He partners with executive and frontline leaders to move beyond traditional approaches and build the leadership capability required to navigate growth, complexity, and operational risk. His work emphasizes aligning leadership teams, improving decision-making in the field, and translating strategic intent into consistent day-to-day practices.

He enjoys collaborating closely with clients to understand and overcome the challenges they face. Since joining JMJ, Gill has partnered with a variety of clients, including industry leaders such as Lilly, Burns & McDonnell, Nucor, Exyte, Intel, Chevron, and Rosendin. 

Gill holds a BSc in Renewable Natural Resources from Texas A&M University, and a Master’s degree in International Business Economics and Management from KU Leuven University (Belgium).  

Originally from Belgium, Gill calls Bellingham, WA home and can be found sampling beers at local breweries or hiking and mountain biking mountains throughout the PNW.
