With more than 25 years of experience, she brings a track record that is equal parts strategic and field-tested — built across the oil &and gas, construction, manufacturing, high-tech, and energy sectors, and in environments where the stakes are real: offshore Angola, billion-dollar greenfield, and Fortune 100 supply chains. 

Since joining JMJ in 2012, Camille has grown into one of the firm’s most trusted client partners, managing $3–5M in annual engagements and expanding portfolios by $1–2M year-over-year. She works directly with C-suite leaders and project executives to design and embed the cultural conditions that allow complex organizations to perform not just on paper, but at the workface, across languages, time zones, and competing priorities.
