She has over 15 years’ experience working alongside C-suite leaders and entrepreneurs to deliver operational and organizational change. Her background spans business transformation, culture change, and operational delivery across sectors including construction and hospitality. Samantha has led initiatives ranging from large-scale culture transformation programs and workforce development projects to the end-to-end setup and management of international ventures. Her experience includes managing a £1 million European Social Fund program, redesigning apprenticeship models, embedding new ways of working across national teams, and overseeing multi-site operations with full accountability for performance, customer experience, and growth. 

Samantha combines strong attention to detail with a focus on clear, effective communication, adapting her approach to different audiences and contexts. Having lived and worked internationally, she offers a broad perspective and an entrepreneurial mindset to her work with clients. She holds a BA in business studies from the University of Wolverhampton.
