Geoff brings more than 34 years of experience in environment, safety, and health leadership, with a career spanning major operating companies and large-scale capital projects in the United States and internationally. He has held senior leadership roles at Bechtel, Hess, and Chevron, supporting projects across Kazakhstan, Peru, Egypt, Brazil, Trinidad, Canada, Venezuela, Angola, and Equatorial Guinea.

During a 20-year career at Chevron, Geoff served as General Manager of ESH Capital Projects and Technical Services. In this role, he focused on integrating safety and risk into early engineering and planning, strengthening execution discipline, and improving how teams learn from day-to-day work. His leadership supported sustained incident reduction, zero-fatality outcomes, and more reliable project delivery across complex operating environments.

At JMJ, Geoff works with clients to strengthen early-phase planning, align leadership and contractor teams, and embed safety, learning, and accountability throughout the project lifecycle. His approach emphasizes practical application, clear decision-making, and building trust across diverse project organizations.

Geoff holds a Master of Science in Public Health from Tulane University and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Management and Industrial Hygiene from Ferris State University. He is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and has contributed to industry organizations including the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP) and the Construction Industry Institute (CII).
