Jigar Gandhi

Jigar is a multilingual senior consultant with a strong background in delivering high-impact culture transformation programs. With expertise in safety culture, leadership development, and workforce resilience, he has partnered with organizations across the UK, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar to achieve sustainable, measurable results.

Jigar has supported a wide range of safety culture initiatives for JMJ’s clients, including Network Rail, HS2, Balfour Beatty, and Affinity Water in the UK. Internationally, he supported the Incident and Injury-Free™ (IIF™) safety culture program on an Aramco project in Saudi Arabia, working with Samsung E&A on the HUGRS Project. In addition, he designed and led the Ihtimam Champions Development Program for QatarEnergy’s North Field South Project.

His project experience spans large-scale strategy rollouts, leadership alignment, and front-line engagement. He co-led Train-the-Facilitator sessions for QatarEnergy’s strategy and values rollout, supported implementation of North Oil Company’s Incident Free+ (IF+) approach—training over 1,000 supervisors and developing offshore champions—and helped establish peer-to-peer support networks to enhance mental health and resilience as part of the Village Heroes program in Qatar. Jigar has also supported the rollout of JMJ DEV:Q™ diagnostics for the Ras Laffan Petrochemical Project and contributed to McDermott’s Beyond Zero Together initiative.

Jigar holds a master’s degree in international business and is certified in performance coaching by International Training and Development. He is fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
