Troy brings over 30 years of expertise in construction safety, with a career spanning field safety representation to executive leadership. His hands-on experience, combined with a global perspective, gives him unique insights into safety culture transformation and leadership development across diverse project environments. 

Troy began his career on the refinery turnaround circuit along the Mississippi River and Gulf Coast, then joined Jacobs Engineering in 1998, supporting major domestic and international capital projects in Ireland, Singapore, England, and Scotland—where he first encountered JMJ and the Incident and Injury-Free™ (IIF™) approach. He joined JMJ in 2005, later moved into executive safety leadership roles for 15 years, and most recently supported safety and culture change for Pfizer’s North American capital projects before rejoining JMJ’s consulting team. 

Troy has deep familiarity with IIF™, having experienced it as a contractor, an executive safety leader, and a JMJ consultant. His commitment to creating safer, more effective workplaces aligns with JMJ’s mission to drive cultural and performance breakthroughs worldwide.
