JMJ was proud to participate in the National Safety Council (NSC) Spring Safety Conference on May 19. Senior Consultant, Rick Cates, and Consulting Analyst, Alex Galor, facilitated a workshop titled, “Taking a Stand for Driver Safety: An Integrated Approach.” The conference offered a great opportunity to discover the latest safety innovations, network with industry professionals, hear impactful stories, and present our expertise in fleet and driver safety as well as cultural transformation. Here is Alex and Rick’s summary of the event:

  1. The conference provided an excellent platform to explore the latest innovations in safety equipment, technology, training, ergonomics and more. This allowed us to identify cutting-edge solutions that will be of interest to current and future JMJ clients.
  2. One of the highlights of the conference was the opportunity to meet and network with safety professionals from various industries, including construction and fleet management.
  3. The keynote presenters shared powerful and emotional safety stories that left a lasting impact. These narratives reminded the audience of the importance of safety being a value in every aspect of life.
  4. During their workshop, Rick and Alex presented JMJ’s Incident and Injury Free™(IIF™) Fleet approach. Through thought-provoking questions and interactive topics, we emphasized the importance of a proactive approach to driver safety.
  5. Rick and Alex also had an opportunity to present JMJ’s expertise in culture transformation consulting, to showcase our Integral approach and share the Toolbox Talks app – an essential tool in our range of safety offerings.
