In an article titled, How to Create a Sustainability Culture, published by Forbes on June 14, 2022, Jeff Williams, CEO of JMJ, weighs in on the many challenges faced by organizations striving to create a corporate sustainability culture. Drawing on personal experience and JMJ’s 35-years of culture transformation consulting, Jeff offers six practical steps leaders can take to create the right cultural conditions for change.

The article follows on from JMJ’s recent study, in partnership with The Bennett Institute for Public Policy at the University of Cambridge, which looked at corporate sustainability from a leadership and culture perspective.  The report, Sustainability: Corporate Culture and Leadership Perspectives, published in March 2022, can be downloaded free of charge from JMJ’s website.
