Hal Rabbino has been a senior consultant with JMJ since 2005, bringing more than 20 years of experience in developing leadership’s ability to think strategically and perform organizationally. He has led and supported numerous Incident and Injury-Free™ (IIF™) and leadership development consulting engagements in the United States, Latin America and Africa.

Hal works with organizational and project leadership teams to develop individual and collective skills and create the results desired for individual leaders, their companies and the communities they serve. Hal has delivered consulting services for Chevron, BP, Weeks Marine and Skanska USA Building, among other JMJ clients in North America, as well as Ecopetrol, Consorcio CEI-ACI, Salgado Melendez, Itansuca and Chevron in Latin America.

He is fluent in Spanish and English and consults, coaches, writes and teaches in both languages. He has authored numerous industry articles on business strategy and was a guest lecturer at George Washington University’s Master of Governance in Latin America program.

Hal is an honors graduate of Tufts University with a bachelor’s in international relations. He received a master of international management from Thunderbird Graduate School in Arizona and a MBA with honors from the ESADE in Barcelona.  Happily married for almost 20 years, he lives with his wife in Mexico City, Mexico, and Tyngsboro, Massachusetts. A passionate downhill skier, he also plays the acoustic bass with the Merrimack Valley Philharmonic and the Thayer Symphony Orchestra near Boston.
